Ken Norfolk, CPCU, ALCM
Leading our team is Ken Norfolk, a seasoned insurance veteran, a graduate from Clarion University of PA with a degree in Accounting. Ken has been serving as an insurance agent since 1988, bringing an unparalleled depth of knowledge to the table. His expertise extends to commercial and business insurance lines, including Property, General Liability, Auto, and Workers Compensation coverage. Ken has earned two esteemed professional designations: the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and the Associate in Loss Control Management, demonstrating superior understanding of insurance and risk management.
Barbara Fargiorgio, CISR
Barbara, another integral part of our team, brings a wealth of experience from the insurance and finance industry. Her background includes roles in banking and insurance, giving her a unique perspective valuable to commercial and personal insurance clients alike. Since 1995, she has been a supervisor and client support specialist at Lighthouse Insurance Agency, proving her exceptional knowledge in Property and Casualty operations and earning the prestigious Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
Brianna Ford
Brianna is our dedicated Customer Service Representative, providing invaluable administrative support, primarily in the personal lines field. A graduate of Central Tech high school, she joined Lighthouse Insurance in 2018 and quickly advanced to a management position. Brianna is currently expanding her skill set to include commercial lines products, having obtained her insurance license in March 2022.
William Norfolk
William, a graduate of John Carroll University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. He has held his Property & Casualty Insurance license since 2018 and specializes in commercial and business insurance lines. He owns a growing rental property portfolio in Pennsylvania. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwestern Pennsylvania Apartment Association as well as Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association. In addition, he is the co-owner of a group dedicated to educating real estate investors with over 3,000 members.
